Important Service Notes
Central Coast Home Watch & Support provides home watch and property support only. We do not collect rent, handle owner funds, place tenants, sign leases, manage security deposits, provide formal home inspections, pest inspections, mold inspections, security services, or emergency services.
For repairs or licensed work, owners hire and pay vendors directly.
We can help with access, photos, updates, and coordination as requested.
